When over the course of a decade a group of high society New York and Shanghai millennials are forced to question whether their shared experiences mean they are here on earth for a higher purpose, the answer becomes resoundingly affirmative. With spellbinding prose and a unique sensitivity for the insecurities, desires and needs of the Millennial generation, Daniel Mark Harrison has written a novel like no other out there. The Millennial Reincarnations goes to places that neither satire, romance or thriller today dare venture, harking back to a period of mid-18th century and early post-modern literary experimentation, reminiscent of masters of prose such as James Joyce, Anne Cecile Desclos and Donatien Alphonse Francois. Like the great voices that challenges the status quo in order to capture the subconscious zeitgeist of the era, in The Millennial Reincarnations Harrison paints a portrait of the areas of the human mind that are forbidden to novelists of the day. In doing so, he captures a deeply sensual and alarming innocence of mind, showing us most of all what it means to be Millennial, which he describes as "an entire generation at once emotionally detached and dependently wealthy." Harrison explores in explicit fashion where our first ideas and personal fantasies have taken shape in this new virtual era, demonstrating in a uniquely lyrical context explicitly how these experiences have come to define our principles of love and hate, pleasure and pain, and loyalty and betrayal. With reviewers calling the book "easily the best ... this year ... Stephen King-meets-Phillip Roth" (Huffington Post) and "complex, rich, and engrossing all in one ... a unique five star read read" (Mid West Book Review), "ambitious" (Il Figlio) and "required reading" (Jeffrey Robinson, #1 NYT Bestseller) where the "female characters ... are Katniss-style strong" (Bustle), The Millennial Reincarnations is turning out to be nothing less than a cult classic for the Millennial era."

A wildly imaginative novel about a man who is reincarnated over ten thousand lifetimes to be with his one true love: Death herself. “Tales of gods and men akin to Neil Gaiman’s Sandman as penned by a kindred spirit of Douglas Adams.”—Kirkus Reviews (starred review) First we live. Then we die. And then . . . we get another try? Ten thousand tries, to be exact. Ten thousand lives to “get it right.” Answer all the Big Questions. Achieve Wisdom. And Become One with Everything. Milo has had 9,995 chances so far and has just five more lives to earn a place in the cosmic soul. If he doesn’t make the cut, oblivion awaits. But all Milo really wants is to fall forever into the arms of Death. Or Suzie, as he calls her. More than just Milo’s lover throughout his countless layovers in the Afterlife, Suzie is literally his reason for living—as he dives into one new existence after another, praying for the day he’ll never have to leave her side again. But Reincarnation Blues is more than a great love story: Every journey from cradle to grave offers Milo more pieces of the great cosmic puzzle—if only he can piece them together in time to finally understand what it means to be part of something bigger than infinity. As darkly enchanting as the works of Neil Gaiman and as wisely hilarious as Kurt Vonnegut’s, Michael Poore’s Reincarnation Blues is the story of everything that makes life profound, beautiful, absurd, and heartbreaking. Because it’s more than Milo and Suzie’s story. It’s your story, too. Praise for Reincarnation Blues “The most fun you’ll have reading about a man who has been killed by both catapult and car accident.”—NPR “This book made me laugh out loud. And then a page later, it made me sob. Reminiscent of Tom Robbins and Christopher Moore, Poore finds humor in the dark absurdities of life.”—Chicago Review of Books “Charming . . . surprisingly light and uplifting . . . It reads like a writer having fun.”—New York Journal of Books

James Leininger was just two years old when he began having disturbing nightmares that would not stop. He screamed out in the night: 'Plane on fire! Little man can't get out!' While nightmares are common among children, what happened next shocked those around him... James began to reveal details of planes and war tragedies that no two-year-old boy could know. His desperate parents were at a loss to help him until he said three things: 'Corsair', 'Natoma' and 'Jack Larsen'. From these tantalising clues, James's parents travelled thousands of miles and spent many long years piecing together these facts to try and find an answer that could end his torment. Finally, despite his mother's fears and his father's staunch Christian beliefs, they found only one possibility to the endless coincidences that surrounded every detail in James's life – that their son was reliving the past life of a World War II fighter pilot. Their touching story is one that will challenge sceptics and confirm the beliefs of those who already believe in life after death.

In my early twenties I read a book that started me in a completely different direction. Up to that time I had been taught to be agnostic and believed the Bible to be the result of ignorant men trying to explain what they did not understand with superstition, fables, exaggerated history, etc. The book is There is a River by Thomas Sugrue. A few years ago I started writing down my conclusions in order to clarify to myself just what I did believe. I could not accept the idea that I could be right when everyone I talked to disagreed with me. And yet my conclusions do seem to me to agree with Scripture, including my belief in reincarnation, which I believe is not only a fact revealed in the Bible but is a necessary part of Gods plan of salvation. A motivating factor in my desire to share my understanding of truth is my belief that all of the problems in the world can be traced to erroneous beliefs. If everyone correctly understood and applied truth, I believe our problems would vanish. God says we become what we think (Pr. 23:7). My belief that the Bible teaches that reincarnation is a fact hasnt endeared me to those who not only reject such an idea but also sincerely believe such a belief comes from the pit of hell and smells of smoke. After reading Reincarnation in the Bible? perhaps you can show me where I am in error, if you disagree with me. Or who knows, perhaps you will agree with me. At any rate I hope you find my book interesting and enjoyable, if not enlightening.

IS DEATH THE FINAL CHAPTER? In The Big Book of Reincarnation, Roy Stemman attempts to answer one of the big questions of existence: Is death the end? Or, is it merely the end of a chapter in the book of existence? A self-described "skeptical believer," Stemman uses his skills as a professional journalist to perform an in-depth exploration of reincarnation. Using case studies, anecdotes, and physical evidence from the best-documented cases from around the world, Stemman shines a bright light on this subject, inviting readers to decide for themselves on the basis of facts, rather than on the basis of hearsay, speculation, and superstition. Stemman finds fascinating examples of evidence of reincarnation in the nightmares of a Louisiana bayou boy, the past-life recall of a renowned neurosurgeon, the research of a highly respected university professor, and the unique system of governance in the mountains of Tibet, to name just a few. He examines the lives of those affected by reincarnation, such as children who can actually remember their previous lives. Instead of shying away from the skeptics, Stemman evaluates their leading theories and compares them to the findings that he has accumulated throughout his global research. The Big Book of Reincarnation is thorough, well researched, engaging, and the most comprehensive book ever published on this fascinating subject.
