Excerpt from The Wesleyan University Bulletin: December, 1902 May, 1910 The new lecture-hall, a 'view of which, from the architects' drawings, is given on another page, will be a most important addition to the group of college buildings. It will occupy a commanding position on the northeast corner of High and College Streets. The college has secured the entire property from the corner of College Street to the line of the Delta Kappa Epsilon lot, a front age of about 200 feet on High Street, and about 250 feet on College Street. The building will thus stand in grounds appropriate to its size and dignity. It will be built, like all the older college buildings, of Portland brownstone. It is to be 113 feet in length by 62 'feet in depth - the longer frontage of course be ing on High Street - and is to be three stories in height above the basement. The arrangement of rooms on the several oors will be seen from the plans given herewith. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
