Proceedings of Water Management in the '90s, held in Seattle, Washington, May 1-5, 1993. Sponsored by the Water Resources Planning and Management Division of ASCE to mark its 20th anniversary. This collection contains 213 papers addressing water resources challenges, including managing diminishing supplies for ever-increasing demands, protecting valuable watersheds from urban and agricultural pollution, and building and maintaining critical infrastructure with limited financial resources. These papers reflect a practical, problem-solving focus with emphasis on novel solutions for current and near-future challenges.
