Abstract: A working draft of the Implementation Manual for the Primary Grades Health Curriculum Project (PGHCP) and the School Health Curriculum Project (SHCP) is presented. The PGHCP/SHCP manual is designed to offer basic information and guidelines to individuals who are responsible for school health education. Six minimum requirements for initiating the project are listed in 17 sections. Sections 1-6 introduce the project, acknowledge those responsible for its development, define and describe the project, demonstrate how to get started, who should be responsible and how it should be funded.
