The Dual Light Speed Universe- CS Description & Author The universe that we live in is a dual light speed universe. Our physical light-speed Universe Co has a speed of 186,000 miles per second. On the other side of the light speed barrier is the spiritual universe Cs which has a speed of 1000 light years per second. Everything in the universe is composed of three things called dot-waves. There are positive dot-waves and negative dot-waves and bipolar dot-waves. The dot-waves oscillate between the physical universe Co and the spiritual universe Cs. In the Co universe they have a mass of 1.566E-72 kilograms and a charge of 2.755E-61 coulombs. When they are in the Cs universe they have the same charge of 2.755E-61 coulombs but the mass is very tiny. As the dot-wave moves between the light speed dimensions, its energy is constant but its mass changes dramatically. The units of mass are charge velocity. Thus the property of mass is caused by a charge moving from one light speed to another. The gravitational field is composed of bipolar dot-waves which are balanced blends of plus and minus dot-waves. These make up the photons as well. The electric fields are made up of individual plus and minus dot-waves. Space is filled with these dot-waves. Space itself has no properties whatsoever. It is the dot-waves within space that produces the gravitational constant, the impedance of space, etc. The book is based upon a lifetime of dreams and visions in which scientific data and prior life experiences from the spiritual mind of my soul were transmitted to me. Since a strong one on one encounter in 1981 I have studied and tried to understand the dreams and data. Although I was shown the physical universe and the spiritual universe, I always believed that they were independent. Therefore my previous books had dot-waves were operated separately at light speed Co. Our souls in light speed Cs energy interacted with our physical body in Co energy. However no matter how hard I tried to convince myself that my work was correct, it always failed to fully convince me and did not excite the various professors of physics who reviewed my books over the years. Then my dreams started up again after so many years without them. I rewrote my "Futureoids" book and included Cosmic Reincarnation within it. Thus I came to realize that the dot-waves existed in both worlds. Now things are more clear to me. This is my eightieth year and now I appear satisfied that my quest for an understanding of the equations I originally wrote from 1981to 1983 have the correct words to explain them. My work is the work of an Engineer who uses simple algebraic equations and Engineering models to explain the Universe. The scientists and mathematicians will be able to use my models to produce very complex math equations which few people will be able to grasp. This book will enable a scientifically inclined individual to understand the universe. In the last chapter, "The Spiritual World", I describe the world of Cs mass/energy I have been shown. The reader will learn of the soul of man, the light of the spiritual world at the center of this Earth, the reincarnation process and the cosmic reincarnation process to new Earths. Only the physical aspects are discussed. The book is applicable to people of all religions or no religion. Only the physics of the spiritual world is involved. Long ago I believed that my communication was with God. The alternative was that the communication was with my own soul. In the end my original thinking was in error. All that I encountered was the soul that I was born with. My soul is quite old and has lived many lifetimes upon many planets in the universe. I suspect that is true of many other people. Thus I am only one of many people who have lived before upon many other Earths in the Universe.

The Dot-Wave Theory started in 1981 when I was 42 year of age. I wanted to understand how the universe came into being. I had been a Sperry Electrical Engineer among my other jobs. From 1981 to 1983 I studied existing scientific information. I studied the general equations of science and looked for simple algebraic equations which would explain gravity and the structure of the universe. Between 1981 and 1983 I discovered the dot-wave which is the fundamental particle wave of the universe. Everything is made from plus dot-waves, minus dot-waves, and bipolar dot-waves. I was able to write the equations of gravity for the hydrogen atom. This enabled me to obtain the time of the universe from the big bang inversion to the present. In addition the cycle time of the Universe calculated to be 1088 billion years from big bang to big bang. Over the years I self-published many books which were sold in small numbers all over the world. The big problem I had was explaining how the dot-waves worked. How does the universe oscillate? Over the years new scientific data appeared which enabled me to advance my thinking. Lately the Quantum entanglement scientists have discovered interactions greater than 10,000 Co where Co is 2.99792E8 meters per second. In my initial studies my Sister One solution eliminated kilograms from the equations. Kilograms are actually coulomb meters per second. This enabled equations for gravity and the amount of dot-waves in the electron, proton, neutron, and photon. In spite of this I was left with Einsteinian space time and Quantum mechanics. The two great theories did not match each other. Something was wrong. In 2018 I attempted to correct the situation by having my dot-waves oscillate from the light speed Co dimension to the light speed Cs dimension. Since the ratio of the permeability constant Uo to the gravitational constant G is 18832.8 and since they have the same units of meters squared per coulomb second, the light speed Cs must equal 18832.8Co. In spite of that after a few months it was self-evident to me that the dot-waves do not oscillate between dimensions but they radiate from light the light speed Co dimension to the light speed Cs dimension. The net result is that low light speed high mass energy flows from the visible universe to the invisible universe where it becomes high light speed low mass dot-waves. Thus the universe operates upon Einstein's E=MCC law. Once the theory is understood, Engineers and scientists can start to build proton thruster engines. This is explained in the book. The engines will enable flights to the moon in only 3.5 hours. With these engines we can achieve Mars in 53 hours. No weightlessness problems occur since the trip accelerates at 1G and then decelerates at 1G while achieving a maximum speed of 2 million miles per hour. The rocket will have advanced light speed Cs sensors and be able to destroy obstacles in its path. The engine is also capable of supplying all the electricity the world needs without dangerous atomic pollution since only simple materials are used as fuel such as carbon or iron. The book explains Doppler space time which has the same equations as Einstein from a geometric mean perspective but had differences in the frontal and rearward mass of objects. It explains how the light speed Co energy within a black hole escape by switching to light speed Cs energy. This book eventually will advance mankind to a much higher scientif9ic level and enable new sources of energy and new discoveries in science.

The fact that the face of the moon that we see was locked into the rotation of the moon appeared to be due to some sort of phase locked electrical circuit. In order to solve the universe, I studied the constants of the universe and their relationships. I looked at all possibilities that I could think of and produced a series of charts for each possibility. I also studied the numerical relationships between the various constants and the measured forces. I studied classical physics in detail. Then I studied Einstein's special relativity and came to realize that his equations are the geometric mean of simple Doppler Equations. Einstein's equations have done quite well over the years but are they only the best describing function whereas the Doppler equations provide more information. There was a big layoff at Sperry/Unisys in 1993 and I retired early at age 55. In 2000 I self-published my first physics book "Doppler Space Time". Quality books distributed it and I was happy with the results. The problem with my study is that over time new scientific data occurs. As I study the new information, my theory changed. The basic conversion of mass to charge velocity never changed. The basic equations for the time of the universe since big bang never changed much. However the explanations of how the universe worked changed. I always looked at the universe as a multi-light-speed entity. The various dimensions coexisted and there were indirect interactions between the dimensions. However all the dot-waves were basically independent. I had started in 1981 with dots but over the years they became dot-waves. After I finished "The Dual Light Speed Universe and the Dot-Wave Theory in February 2018, I started to study quantum Entanglement. Then it became self-evident to me that the dot-waves were no independent but crossed between the two light speed dimension of Co= 2.99792E8 meters per second and Cs where Cs= 18832.8 Co. I knew that the units of the magnetic permeability constant Uo=1.25664E-6 and the gravitational constant G= 6.67260E-11 had the same units of meters squared per coulomb and therefore gravity was a magnetic force. The ratio of Uo to G was 18832.8 and over the years I did not know what this ratio meant. My study of Quantum Entanglement in the last few months made it self-evident to me that this ratio was the exact speed of Quantum Entanglement interactions which were specified as being over 10,000Co. Thus my dot-waves oscillated between light the light speed Co dimension and the light speed Cs dimension.

Since early childhood whenever I prayed to my God I would get verbal responses. The spiritual voice would guide me and help me. In 1981 at age 42, the spirit gave me the job of studying God and the Universe and presenting my findings to my fellow man. We have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind according to Carl Jung the noted psychiatrist. Most voices that a person hears come from his unconscious mind. I have a hypomanic mind. This gives me the ability to readily bring my mind to a hypomanic state. When I do this I can bring my mind to the edge of the physical dimension in which I am able to look across the light speed barrier and see into the spiritual dimension. The spiritual dimension that I encounter operates at a higher light speed than our physical dimension. I have encountered my spiritual mind. I always attributed my encounters as interactions with my God. However I have always had doubts about the source of the voices. The spirit I encountered demanded that I work and study. It wanted information from me. This makes it more likely that the spirit is a higher dimensional component of my mind. From early childhood to 1981, the spirit was my friend. It was a father figure and it guided my life. It solved my problems and warned me of danger ahead so I could change course. At school and at work I would feed information into my spirit and it would solve the problems. Sometimes I would be taken over by the spirit and it would do my tests while my conscious mind was in a sleep state. As I study and put more data into my spiritual mind, the spirit provides the results to me. Sometimes it is in audio dreams where it speaks to me. In 1981 the initial information appeared in audio/visual words and pictures transmitted from my spiritual mind to my unconscious mind and from there to my conscious mind. In the first part of the book, I present the Dot-Wave Theory and the Dual Light-Speed Universe. This is in agreement with the information my spirit presented to me in audio/visual encounters and dreams. I have studied the data presented to me by my spirit. It gives me the time of the universe since the big bang inversion of 13.78 billion years. It presents the dual light speed of our physical light speed Co and the higher spiritual light speed of 18833Co. My spirit breaks down the universe to a dual mechanical/electrical world where the kilogram units of mass equals coulomb meters per second. This enables me to calculate a cycle time of 1088 billion years from one big bang inversion to the next big bang inversion. Once Part One of the book is understood, The Evolving God will become clear. The spirit understands its own existence quite well. It has seen the world of the dead quite well and it understands the structure of God. This book presents a solution to the detailed structure of the universe by means of Einstein's Relativity and the Dot-wave Theory from an engineering level analysis. First it converts the mechanical units of kilograms into the electrical units of coulomb meters per second. Then it solves for the lowest quanta of mass and charge in the universe called the dot-wave. This enables the fundamental equations of the universe to be produced. Einstein's relativity is discussed in terms of two basic equations of meters and seconds. The ratio meters per second gives the speed of light C and the product meters x seconds provides the basis of Einstein's relativity. The book calculates the time of the universe from big bang. It also provides the mass of the universe from Eddington's work and the standard model of dark matter to matter in the universe. The Dot-wave theory originated in 1981-1983 by me at age 42. It was published in 2000 as "Doppler Space Time" and sold Quality books to libraries and by the author by means of Internet discussion groups. It was modified as "Gravity and the Dot-wave Theory" in 2015 and changed as "The Gravitational Wave and the Dot-wave Theory in 2016." Discussions of the theory on "The Naked Scientists," a Cambridge University discussion group showed a need to incorporate Einstein's relativity into my work. This new work will return to the forum under my Internet name jerrygg38 and the discussion will continue. The use of Einstein's theory in his 1920 book has enabled additional equations to be introduced in this book. Of prime importance is that I have been able to look inside space and time and bring an engineering understanding of Einstein's masterpiece. This book gives the reader a clear understanding of dark energy and dark matter, the radius of the universe, the big bang, black holes, the gravitational field, etc. The book calculates the time of the universe since big bang to be 13.78 billion years as compared to the Astronomers measurements of 13.7 billion years. It calculates the mass of the universe using Eddington's corrected proton count and the ratio of the mass of the visible universe plus dark matter to the mass of the visible universe. This gives us 1.720E53 Kg. It also provides an electrical equation which gives us 1.756E53Kg. The book explains that there are three primary dot-waves in the universe. There is the positive dot-wave with charge 4.745E-58 coulombs and mass 2.698E-69Kg. There is a negative dot-wave with the minus charge and the same mass. Finally there is a bipolar dot-wave which is balanced electrically and has a rest mass of 5.396E-69. The dot-waves are the lowest quanta in the gravitational and electromagnetic fields. Everything is made from these dot-waves. In addition there are three different forms of momentum that these dot-waves operate in. There is ordinary linear momentum and orbital momentum. Finally there is spherical momentum. The proton, the electron, the quarks and everything is made from these dot-waves. All this is explained in the book. The book also explains the time dimensions and the change of mass with velocity. It explains the change of the time clock with both velocity and gravity. The book breaks apart Einstein's equations into their components. His equations are geometric mean equations and the Doppler components provide us with the details of the shape of the universe. This also enables us to calculate the cycle time of the universe. The book is written using simple algebraic equations. No differential equations are necessary for this nuts and bolts engineering analysis which any scientifically inclined high school student could fully understand. The universe is an engineering marvel and it is not necessary to be a brilliant mathematician to fully understand it.

These dot-waves oscillate between the physical light speed Co dimension and the spiritual light Cs dimension As the dot-wave oscillates, its charge and energy remains constant but its mass varies according to Einstein's formula: E = MCC When the light speed is Co, the mass is relatively high but when the dot-wave oscillates into the spiritual dimension, the mass of the dot-wave becomes extremely small. The unit of mass in kilograms is: Kilograms = Coulombs Meters/Second Mass is a charge times velocity. Thus as a charge moves from one light speed dimension to another, mass is produced. We then have a physical dimension and a spiritual dimension. They both exist as part of everything. We have a physical body and a spiritual body. We have a physical mind and a spiritual mind. We die but we still exist and think in the spiritual world. The physical world is the Co/Cs world in which the primary light speed is Co. The spiritual world across the light speed barrier is the Cs/Co world in which the primary light speed is Cs. The characters in the novel explain the physics of the dual light speed universe in simple words so that the average reader can understand. Many people are reincarnates some people are cosmic reincarnates from other worlds. Reincarnation theory is common knowledge upon this Earth In the future man upon this Earth will die out. The earthly reincarnation process limits man to this Earth. As man fades away the souls of man have no place to go. Yet there are billions of virgin Earths in this dimension of the universe and huge amounts of virgin Earths throughout the entire multi-dimensional dual-light speed universe. Our space program and our telescopes can find many of these other Earths. These tend to be light years away and the question is how can we inhabit these planets if we cannot reach them? How can the cosmic reincarnation process work well if we cannot establish a population of man upon these virgin Earths? The earthly reincarnation process limits man to this Earth. As man fades away the souls of man have no place to go. Yet there are billions of virgin Earths in the universe. How can the cosmic reincarnation process work well if we cannot establish a population of man upon these virgin Earths? Once a new population of man is established upon a new Earth, the data within the stored spirits of man at the spiritual center of this Earth can be digitally transmitted from our Earth to a new Earth at the extremely high light speed Cs of 18,833 light years per year. This speed enables the cosmic reincarnate to be transmitted to a large amount of virgin planets in our galaxy. The Futureoids novel is about the death of man upon this Earth. In order to assist the cosmic reincarnation process, the eggs and sperms of man of man are brought to a new Earth. The Futureoids will take part in the creation of the bodies of man and woman upon the new Earth by impregnating compatible pre-man creatures called Nunues. In this way the spirits of man stored in the spiritual dimension at the center of this Earth can be transmitted digitally to a new Earth. This will enable the spirits that are stored in memory to enjoy life anew upon a new planet. Gan and Raz are the two main Futureoids and this is their adventure and education. As they travel they learn new things about God and the Universe. This enables the reader to learn new things as well.
