He was so strict with his plans that once all of his employees went on strike against him.He took a break in 1948 on the advice of his friends and doctor. During his leisure time, he came up with the idea of Disney Land, which eventually opened up on July 17, 1955. Even this became so popular with some ups and downs initially that they operated Disney Land in not only the US but also other parts of the world over a while, making Mr. Disney a billionaire from a millionaire.
