Whereas it is resolved by ye recorder, aldermen and commonalty, that the assessors of the city of Albany shall prepare billes or tickets for y" quartering of ye quantity of one hundred men, y' within ye ljmjtts of the city afores'1 in the space of three days without fail, and give ill there return at Majr Wessells.
