And such commissions will be faithfully executed. There is no charge for exe euting such orders and all bids will be used competitively, subject to these conditions of sale. The highest bidder to be the buyer. In all cases of disputed bids, the right is reserved to resell the lot in question. The authenticity of the coins is guaranteed by the cataloguers, but all claims must be made within ten days. The condition is carefully stated and no lots are returnable except by agreement of the cataloguers. Mail bidders must have an established credit with the auctioneer or cataloguers or send a deposit equal to 25 of their bids. Coins are to be paid immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
