When this Gospel - these principles which we have espoused came to our ears in the different coun tries and nations where they found us, of course they 'opened up to us certain prospects - prospects that relate to the present time, and to present time mat ters, of the highest consequence in re lation to our temporal salvation; and again, prospects in reference to the fu ture; what should be the outcome of keeping the commandments of God; what should follow; what should be the results when we have accomplished these things that are required of us; what would be the results in the next life.
