Said commissioners shall cause to be ap Damages it re praised all damages which the owner or owners of any filming? Neat cattle removed, as hereinbefore provided, from h ppm one locality to another, shall reasonably suffer in con sequence Of such removal or isolated, which a praisal shall be made by three disinterested men, w 0 shall be duly sworn, one of whom shall be appointed by said commissioners, one by the owner or owners of said cattle, and the third by said appraisers; and in case said owner or owners will not appoint an appraiser, said commissioners shall appoint two, and the two thus appointed shall choose a third. And the owner or owners of said cattle so removed by said commission ers shall receive the amount so appraised for such damages, from the treasury of the state, as hereinafter provided and said appraisal shall be binding, and from the same there shall be no a pea].
