Establishment of four greenbelt suburban developments to provide low-cost housing for low-in come families and serve as models for future American communities, was announced on October 11 by the Resettlement Administration. The total cost was estimated at 000, allotted by the President under the Emergency Relief Appropria tion Act. The sites selected are at Berwyn Heights, Maryland, near Bound Brook, N.
