In this paper we have obtained the similarity measures between single valued neutrosophic rough sets by analyzing the concept of its distance between them and studied its properties. Further we have studied its similarity based on its membership degrees and studied its properties. We have also defined the cardinality of two single valued neutrosophic rough sets. A numerical example in medical diagnosis is given for the proposed similarity measure of the single valued neutrosophic rough sets which helps us to prove the usefulness and flexibility of the proposed method.

Here bipolar quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic rough (BQSVNR) set is introduced. Some basic set theoretic terminologies like constant BQSVNR set, subsethood of two BQSVNR sets are shown. Algebraic operations like union, intersection and complement have also been defined. Different types of measure like similarity measure, quasi similarity measure and distance measures between two BQSVNR sets have been discussed with their properties. Again various measures of similarity namely distance based similarity measure, cosine similarity measure, membership function based similarity measure are introduced in this paper. A medical diagonasis problem has been solved using similarity measure at the end.

This paper aims to introduce a single valued neutrosophic soft approach to rough sets based on neutrosophic right minimal structure. Some of its properties are deduced and proved. A comparison between traditional rough model and suggested model, by using their properties is concluded to show that Pawlak’s approach to rough sets can be viewed as a special case of single valued neutrosophic soft approach to rough sets.

In this paper, we define a rough cosine similarity measure between two rough neutrosophic sets. The notions of rough neutrosophic sets (RNS) will be used as vector representations in 3D-vector space. The rating of all elements in RNS is expressed with the upper and lower approximation operator and the pair of neutrosophic sets which are characterized by truth-membership degree, indeterminacy-membership degree, and falsity-membership degree. A numerical example of the medical diagnosis is provided to show the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method.

The roughness and similarity measure for two different information in the same universal set is useful in explaining the strength and completeness of the information given. Then, for rough neutrosophic multisets environment, the lower and upper approximation was a concerned property to study in explaining the roughness of the information needed. Meanwhile, the vectorial models of information which are cosine measure and dice measure represent the result for the similarity measure of rough neutrosophic multisets. The finding of this set theory gives a new generalization about similarity measure for multiple information involving indeterminacy information in the same environment. Besides that, the rough neutrosophic multisets theory also applicable set-in decision making for medical diagnosis. The comparison result showed that the roughness approximation of information is essential to get the best result in a close similarity measure.

A single valued neutrsophic set is one of the most successful extensions of the classical set, fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, Pythagorean fuzzy set and q-rung orthopair fuzzy set due to the fact that it can handle uncertain data in more wider way. In this paper, we introduce some new generalized weighted similarity measures based on the exponential functions defined on truth-membership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function of a single valued neutrosophic set to study the independent influences of the truthmembership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function. The salient features of these proposed similarity measures are studied in detail. Based on the proposed similarity measures, we propose a multi attribute decision making method. To show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, an investment decision making problem is demonstrated.
