"My storey is about my life. I was born in 1939, and my family literally broke apart when I was "little". I do not recall ever living in a home with my mother and father together. There were several years I spent in foster care; and then living with Mom and then Dad, bouncing back and forth a couple of times, until I was a junior in high school. My father moved, but I didn't. I spent my final year in high school living with a local family, thanks to a basketball coach who took special interest in me. I spent some of my time growing up being a juvenile delinquent; petty theft, shop-lifting, drinking, smoking and other such irresponsible activities. I made a decision to change my life after my freshman year in high school, and went to live with my father, whom I already knew was a strict disciplinarian and a very controlling individual. But, I got the chance to start my life over again at age 15. I made the most of my new start, and I want to tell my story!"

Play Piano Now! is for busy adults whose practice time is limited, and for adults without previous musical training. It is a slower-paced method that uses the same conceptual core of our original Adult Piano Course, but with several very important added features: more gradual introduction of music fundamentals, more pages of reinforcement and a greater emphasis on sight-reading exercises, one of the most important skills needed to ensure long-term enjoyment of the piano. Includes specially marked written exercises that can be completed away from the keyboard.

Most people consider life a battle, but it is not a battle, it is a game. It is a game, however, which cannot be played successfully without the knowledge of spiritual law, and the Old and the New Testaments give the rules of the game with wonderful clearness. Jesus the Christ taught that it was a great game of Giving and Receiving. If we give hate, we will receive hate; if we give love, we will receive love; if we give criticism, we will receive criticism; if we lie we will be lied to; if we cheat we will be cheated. We are taught also, that the imaging faculty plays a leading part in the game of life. Keep thy heart (or imagination) with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life." (Prov. 4:23.)
