Excerpt from List of References on International Arbitration The purpose of this List is to exhibit material dealing with International Arbitration, and, further, particularly to show that on the Conferences at the Hague. The question of the Limitation of armaments and that of the Collection of foreign debts having had special prominence at the Hague Conference of 1907, material dealing with these two topics is likewise given under separate heads. In addition there are listed references to discussions on the French occupation of Mexico, the Venezuela case, and the Santo Domingo question. The later stages of compilation have been done under the direction of William Adams Slade, who has also seen the List through the press.
