I knew that I would write this book for many years, but I did not know when I would write it. The Spirit of God touched my heart and started me writing it tonight in May of 2024, I knew it would take great effort and that it would be a hard task for me to write such a book, but the Spirit of God informed me tonight would not, the book would be dictated by HIS Spirit!!! For many years, I was embarrassed and ashamed, as an ordained Elder preaching the Gospel in the Church while dipping in sin. I felt that many Believers knew of my defeated lifestyle but remained silent, and truly loved God, but I was attempting to perform HIS work by my own power and might. During this period, Christ led me to write the prophetic book: BY MY SPIRIT 'When I desired to do good, evil was always present with me. "I was held captive as a Christian POW, because I didn't know, being filled with the Spirit; how to submit and yield to the Holy Ghost within me, know that there are other men and women out there who are: HIDDEN IN A CRACK HOUSE. I pray my testimony in this book will enlighten THOSE MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE STRUGGLING in the House of God TO LIVE THE CHRISTIAN LIFE, and who are held captive by the Devil as Prisoners Of War, "be set free to walk in your Holy Calling as Sons and Daughters of the KING-being led and guided solely BY HIS SPIRIT."

The bastard offspring of cocaine, crack first entered the UK in the early 1990s. By the end of the decade Britain's inner cities were in the midst of a crack epidemic, with users being responsible for a massive proportion of crime -- 95% of street shootings are crack-related, for example. Communities, especially in London, were crying out for help, but there were only two specialist units in the whole of the capital. One of them, Haringey Drugs Squad, embarked on a war on crack, aiming to shut down all 100 crack houses in their borough in one year. Amazingly, they did it. Even more amazingly, in the subsequent twelve months all black-on-black killings in Haringey ceased, and burglaries and muggings fell massively. Narrated by the leader of this team, CRACK HOUSEdescribes in heart-stopping fashion a series of breathtaking raids as well as arrests, beatings, stabbings and shootings. Featuring a colourful team of family men who regularly faced death, CRACK HOUSEtakes the reader into the dark heart of our cities' most violent and terrifying places, showing how the war on drugs can only be won by constant and forceful vigilance.

The conventional elevation of sex has reached an ongoing attitude since the 1970’s and becomes more divulging everyday. We often hear about the molestation, incest and torments within families, but never really takes it into deep thoughts. There are over ten thousand rape cases in the USA per day. Those are just the cases that are on file. Can you guess how many cases that does not make it to the files? Can you guess how many cases involve family members such as, Aunts, Uncles, Mothers, and Fathers, Sisters or brothers? Molestation is proven to be an abuse that scars a person for life and it’s even more traumatizing as a child. It tends to leave a child confused if that child does not grow up to believe it’s a normal act. Normally the victim is brainwashed to believe they are just as much of a culprit as the perpetrator, so that child grows ashamed to tell anyone. Most cases it’s the father raping the daughters using his own daunting tasks to make the daughter feel like she is more to blame than he. What if an entire family of all girls longed for the love from their deceased mother, but only received the abuse from their sick father and those girls will challenged each other for their father’s affection and attention?

In some spaces we feel immediately comfortable while in others we feel ill at ease. From feng shui we’ve learned that energy in houses, as well as offices and stores, influences us. Negative energy from violence and trauma can linger, which is what we feel in a “sick” house. We each affect the world, and each other, with our emotions! When we experience strong emotions, such as anger, fear or pain relating to a death or other trauma, we exude strong negative energy patterns. Some energetic situations can be overpowering, and our homes can hold lasting impressions of the previous inhabitants. People are often affected by the feelings they experience in a new homes, and frequently adjust their lives to accommodate such undesired imprints. We humans are energetic beings. Our energies – positive and negative -- are strongest in our homes, where we spend the most time and where very personal events tend to happen, like abuse and death, as examples. When we move on, such negative energies linger and can affect new residents. HEALING HOUSES shows how a professional cleanses these energies to transform such sick houses into healthy homes. HEALING HOUSES tells how negative energies, overpowering feelings and physical effects remaining in a house from violent and tragic deaths, murders, and suicides. More importantly, HEALING HOUSES shows how the negative energy can be resolved and dispelled, so that the house feels like new, and tuned to current residents, rather than to the predecessor's traumas. The house itself changes as vibrational patterns that have been left by years of negative emotion, violence or death are cleansed. HEALING HOUSES includes a fascinating case history long-term where recurring attacks by bird and rats stopped after house cleansing. HEALING HOUSES provides a sophisticated metaphysical perspective and traces its development through case studies of dozens of the houses that Sheldon Norberg has "healed" or cleansed. HEALING HOUSES is a true healing odyssey.

Crack cocaine users have significant health problems, and place a significant burden on social services, the criminal justice system and drug treatment agencies. Among policymakers, professionals and the wider section of society, they are the most poorly understood drug-using group and have the worst retention rate in prison drug programmes and community drug agencies. This book is about their addictions and the realities of their lives. Based on ethnographic research (observation and interviewing) conducted in south London, it aims to highlight their day-to-day struggles as they attempt to survive in a violent and intimidating street drug scene while trying to make changes to their lives. The book unpacks the myths and stigma of their drug use, highlighting their fragile position in society in an effort to better understand them. With the help of several key characters, the book uses their words and experiences to take the reader on a journey through their crack addiction from a life in and out of crack houses, their experiences with law enforcement and welfare agencies to their life aspirations. The findings have important policy implications, and are relevant and accessible to academics and students in the field of criminology, sociology, psychology, and research methods. The research is equally relevant for central and local government policymakers, and frontline healthcare and drug agency staff.
