El presente Proyecto tiene por objeto definir las características técnicas de la Instalación de fontanería para, en conformidad con la normativa vigente, dotar de agua potable y agua caliente sanitaria un pequeño complejo hotelero situado en el Pirineo catalán, así como la red de evacuación. Al mismo tiempo, se estudia y analiza la gestión del agua, con el objetivo de conseguir un ahorro en dicho recurso. De esta manera, se presentan y comparan una red tradicional y una red basada en el reciclaje de aguas residuales. En este segundo caso se han escogido las aguas procedentes de duchas y lavabos, definidas como aguas grises y diferenciándose así de las aguas negras procedentes de los inodoros y bidés. Otra medida adoptada que se suma aquí a la eficiencia en el consumo de agua es el uso de dispositivos de ahorro en los aparatos de consumo. Precedente al diseño de la instalación, se exponen las posibles alternativas existentes, tanto a la hora de gestionar el agua utilizada en el hotel como en la depuración de la misma. La decisión de adoptar uno u otro sistema o tecnología es, debido a la naturaleza del proyecto, uno de los factores de mayor peso en este trabajo. Para ello, se comienza con un estudio de las necesidades hídricas del hotel. Se establecen medidas de eficiencia en los aparatos de consumo, a la vez que se estima la demanda de agua en los diferentes puntos de consumo del hotel, punto de partida para el diseño y dimensionado de la instalación. En la instalación de reciclaje se exponen cada una de las fases de depuración del agua. El trabajo concluye con el estudio de impacto ambiental, imprescindible para una instalación de estas características, y un análisis económico del proyecto, evaluando con todo ello la viabilidad del sistema diseñado para el caso concreto de la edificación escogida.
