Davidson, Governor of Wisconsin Suez - In accordance with Section 1795 of the Revised Stat utes of Iisconsin, I submit. Herewith the twelfth biennial report of this department, from December lst, 1904, to June l6th, 1905, at which time Section 17 95 was repealed by transferring the power of this section to an appointive Railroad Commission, under the provision of Chapter 362, Laws of 1905. The only statistical matter contained in this report relates to the taxes paid by the several roads due February, 1905. Other statis tical reports were not required to be made by the railroad com panies until June 30th, 1905, at which time Chapter 362 was in force and, consequently, are to be reported by the State Board of Railroad Commissioners.
