Excerpt from Annual Reports of the Selectmen and Treasurer, the Town Manager and All Other Officers and Committees: For the Financial Year Ending December 31, 1978 To the Inhabitants of the Town of Exeter, in'the County of Rockingham, in said State, qualified to vote in Town Affairs: You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall, in said Exeter, on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of March next, at eight o'clock in the forenoon, to choose all necessary Town Officers for the ensuing year, by official ballot, and to take other action required to be inserted on said official ballot; the polls to open at eight o'clock in the forenoon and to close not earlier than eight o'clock in the evening, and thereafter to reconvene at the Exeter High School gymnasium on Monday, March 19, 1979, at seven o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of acting upon all other matters to come before the meeting. Article 1 To choose by ballot and plurality vote one (1) Selectman for the term of three (3) years. Article 2 To choose by ballot and plurality vote one (1) Selectman for the ensuing year.
