Do you have young people in your ministry who have potential, but seem to lack ministry etiquette? Are you a young person who seeks to better themselves in ministry so that you can be effective and successful? In ministry, young people are the most often overlooked, degraded, misunderstood and underestimated. It could be due to the extremity of their past mistakes, their unorthodox method of conducting ministry within the church or even the reality that some seasoned leaders have become jealous of the potential and substance that he or she may possess. So, someone has to stand in the gap and let it be know that the "heart of ministry" is more important than the "art of ministry" will ever be!
