There is now in sight enough coal to serve all of our needs for years. If we have luck we may find we have more coal. But, granting for the sake of argument that we should supplement coal wherever that is practical with water power we don't have to do so complete a job of high-damming that we must invade the national parks, the national monuments and other reserves.
