They tell us that China ought to do this, and that China ought to do that, not for her own benefit, but in order to promote the interest and profit Of the foreigner. Of course, this does not necessarily mean that all the authors have been intentionally unfair, for in some cases the prejudice has been due to the inability to see more than one side of the medal.
