If you are alone on this journeyno spouse or familyit will be more difficult but still doable in our lifelong crisis. The sun rises and sets each day, and youll basically do the same but with some cope. Different strategies and perspectives will assist you. We can only hope over time our sadness and turmoil will not have the better of ourselves but our coping can assist us to move forward as our loved ones would want.
