The album contains letters and telegrams received by William Sulzer as a US Congressman, as the 39th governor of New York State (the majority of letters received by Sulzer are from 1913), and subsequent to his impeachment as governor, when he again served in the New York State Assembly. In addition, there are a few carbon copies of letters by Sulzer, pamphlets of printed speeches by him, as well as some newspaper clippings about his activities. hese 90 items are pasted into an album with the spine title: Scraps.
